The Institute of Entrepreneurship Development has been certified to develop and implement a System of Quality Assurance which responds to the requirements of the Greek Standards Organization of ISO 9001:2000 in the sector of “Undertaking, management and materialization of National and European Developmental Programmes. Provision of counseling services and educational work”. The certification was ratified in December 2007 by the certifying institution European Quality Assurance Hellas and essentially confirms factually the high performance in matters of quality of offered services of the Institute. This certificate provides evidence that the quality management system of the Institute is in agreement with the strict specifications of the quality management system EN ISO 9001:2000, a fact that reflects our steady orientation for the provision of high quality services, with the constant improvement and control of all activities that relate to the assurance of quality.
The acquisition of the certificate of quality assurance ISO 9001:2000 constitutes a motive for the increase of effort and commitment of the labor force of the Institute to apply and evolve the System of Quality Assurance. Through this, we strive for the qualitative upgrade of our activities which have as an objective, on the one hand, the promotion of entrepreneurship and research and, on the other hand, the support of disadvantaged groups primarily so as to improve their place in society.
